RETURNS:
Before returning a package please fill out this form . When our Customer Service team has approved your return, we will contact you to confirm the return.
Then, for national shipments we will send you the label for your package and send a courier to your address to pick up the package.
The total cost of the return is the same as the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the refund of the amount of your order.
For international returns you can make it through the courier you prefer, in which case keep the tracking number well, as the amount will not be refunded until the package reaches our warehouse. That is, it is the buyer's responsibility until it reaches us in perfect condition.
