RETURNS:

To request a return, simply log in to your customer account and follow the steps. Once the request is approved and we receive the product, your refund will be issued automatically.


For national shipments, we will send you a prepaid return label and arrange a courier to pick up the package from your address. The return cost (equal to the original shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund. However, if you prefer to handle the return shipping yourself, just mention it in the return notes—once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund.


For international returns you can make it through the courier you prefer, in which case keep the tracking number well, as the amount will not be refunded until the package reaches our warehouse. That is, it is the buyer's responsibility until it reaches us in perfect condition. In this case, once we receive your return and check the condition of the product, we will refund the amount of your order. The address to which you must send the return is:

The period to return your order is 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.

To make an exchange, please handle it as if it were a return and place a new order on the website for the item you want to receive.


WHAT IS THE PERIOD TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?


The maximum period to make an exchange or return is 14 days from receipt of the product. A courier will deliver the new item and pick up the one you no longer want.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?


Unfortunately we do not assume the costs of exchanges or returns. The cost associated with a return or exchange is the same as placing a new order.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received and approved, please allow a few days for us to process it. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund once it’s issued. If you’ve requested the refund to your original payment method, please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.

By default, refunds are processed as store credit to your Moonday customer account, so you can use it on your next order. However, if you’d prefer a refund to your original payment method, just contact us and we’ll be happy to process it that way.
